The Parent/Carer must ensure at point of booking that all information is accurate and up to date and that if any of this information changes Inclusive sports academy is immediately informed. Confirmation will be sent to confirm bookings, if you attend without booking/receiving confirmation you will be turned away.
Inclusive sports Academy require a 48 hours cancelation notice otherwise sessions cancelled after this or not attended with any communication made will result in a fee of the session cost to Inclusive Sports Academy.
Inclusive sports requests that you notify us as soon as possible if your child is unwell. The Parent/Carer and/or child/young person must not attend any Class whilst suffering from any serious illness or contagious disease.
We run from 10:00-15:30 and we are only responsible for the children during these hours. You will be expected to collect your child at 15:30. If you are late you will be charged a fee of £2.50 every ten minuets late. The Parent/Carer takes full responsibility for the child/young person whilst on the premises, until handover to a member of staff at Inclusive Sports Academy.
Inclusive Sports Academy nor any of its staff, nor persons involved with the organisation accepts liability for any losses or damage to personal belongings.
Inclusive Sports Academy takes all reasonable care in ensuring that its programmes are safe. However, the Parent/Carer agrees that their child/ young person will be engaging in physical activities that may involve some risk of injury. The Parent/Carer acknowledges that they have been advised to consult with their child’s GP with respect to any past or present injury, illness, health problem or any other condition or medication that may affect their child’s participation in the Inclusive Sports Academy programmes.
Medication needs to be listed in the registration form, it should be placed in a container with the child's name and the medication itself should be clearly named with the children's name and details, This should be signed in and out and it is the parents/carers responsibility to sign in and out.
Inclusive sports Academy will not tolerate any abuse/ threatening behaviour towards its members of staff or other children/young people and we reserve the right to terminate any sessions booked if we deem this behaviour to be unacceptable.
If you gave consent to the use of photos these will be shared across our social media platform, website, publicity purposes and shared with Solihull council.
Your child’s name, date of birth, school and home postcode will be collected and passed to Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council and will be used to check your child’s eligibility to the scheme. The information will be used for statutory returns to the Department for Education and may be shared with other organisations to support the monitoring of the HAF programme. This information may also be shared with other council services or partner organisations to help us to identify services or benefits you may be entitled to or interested in.
